AWE Law Office helps individuals and families in British Columbia navigate important legal decisions. We focus on family law, immigration law, and wills and estate planning.

We take a straightforward, practical approach, listening carefully to each client and helping them understand their options. Our goal is to make the legal process as clear and manageable as possible, so clients can move forward with confidence.

I was called to the Bar in Nigeria in 2017, and later moved to Canada to continue my legal journey. In 2019, I completed a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M. Tax) at Allard School of Law, UBC. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of areas of law. I’ve helped tenants stand up for their rights in residential tenancy disputes, assisted newcomers and refugees with complex immigration matters, and supported families through important transitions.

My broad background has taught me to see legal problems from different angles and find solutions that fit each client’s needs.  My approach to legal practice is thoughtful and resolution-focused. Whenever possible, I work with clients to find practical and cost-effective solutions through negotiation and careful planning.  However, when court proceedings become necessary, I am prepared to represent my clients’ interests before the court and guide them through the litigation process.
